The color and texture of Great Barrier Relief may naturally vary slightly from batch to batch. No worries! This is a normal occurrence when using naturally-derived ingredients and it does not impact the efficacy of the formula.
NOTE: Great Barrier Relief does contain 10% Tamanu Oil, which is derived from Tamanu nuts. Though most people don’t have issues using this ingredient, people with nut allergies could have a potential reaction. If you think your skin will react, we recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on your wrist and neck first and slowly integrating GBR into your routine thereafter. How to Use Your Serum
Apply 1-2 pumps on clean, dry skin. Use a little extra for dry skin and a little less for oily skin. Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed. If using as a sensitive spot treatment, use light pats or apply with a q-tip.

I’ve had my bottle of great barrier relief for maybe a year and a half (it still has not expired lol, don’t worry). I only use it in cases of skin-emergencies as it’s pretty expensive and only need it when I really need it. This past week and a half I used a different brand’s lip scrub, and needless to say… I needed this serum lol. My entire mouth had a severe reaction to it. Imagine dermatitis x10. And it was going on for about a week, irritated and sore. I remembered I had this serum, and it took Great barrier relief maybe 2 days to show action, and an additional 3 days to fully heal it. So yes, it’s expensive, but so much more affordable than a doctor’s visit + a prescription of something that probably would’ve gave me more problems lol.
I 10000000% stand by this product and will continue to keep it in my skin staples:).
FYI: I have veryyyyyy sensitive, acne prone skin and my skin LOVES this stuff. Magic in a bottle.

Unfortunately, this didn't work for me. I really wanted it to because of all the amazing reviews and my sister loves it but it made me breakout so bad. It also gave me some sort of allergic reaction my whole face was red. I have dry acne prone skin but I've never had this sort of reaction to any other product before. Really wanted to like it :(
